Dr. Sherry Walling is no stranger to hard things.

In her recent TEDx talk, she describes the grief that immobilized her after the deaths of her father and brother. And she demonstrates the unlikely source of her return to joy - training to be an aerialist in the circus. As a psychologist, Sherry makes the case for expressive movement, play, and joy as a core part of mental health for all of us.

Sherry understands founders, and has the unique ability to read and relate to each individual. The result is truly helpful, not regurgitated pop psychology or the “coaches” who haven’t been there before themselves.

Order Dr. Sherry’s Latest Book

Grief is one of the few human certainties, but most of us are terrible at grieving (especially us hard-driving entrepreneur types). We bury mom on Saturday and are back in the office by Tuesday. Touching Two Worlds is drawn from hard-earned wisdom. I lost my dad and brother within six months of each other. This book helps modern people re-learn how to grieve. It is funny, moderately irreverent, and sad. It is packed with suggestions and strategies to help folks meaningfully engage with grief without losing touch with day-to-day life.
